Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was reld on t e 19th day of

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT NO. 832
SCHMIDT LAKE HILLS - SEWER AND WATER EXTENSIONS

WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Schmidt
Lake Hills Sewer and Water Extensions (Project No. 832); and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the followinq
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS. it appears that Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached contract with Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. of Osseo, Minnesota,
in the name of the City of Plymouth, for the construction of Schmidt
Lake Hills Sewer and Water Extensions (Project No. 832) in the amount
of $224,271.00.

The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits
of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been sinned.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Seibold and Won vote being taken thereon, aw,
