Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting_ of
• the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of March 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounce I members oyt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 157
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR 1305 KINGSVIEW LANE
PROJECT NO. 913
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted December 18, 1978, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to sanitary sewer and water improvements for 1305 Kingsview Lane; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on March 19, 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
