Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 156
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS
EAST SIDE OF ZACHARY LANE NORTH OF SOO LINE RAILROAD
PROJECT NO. 918
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 8, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the sanitary sewer service areas along Zachary Lane north of the Soo Line
Railroad; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on March 19, 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly —passed and adopted.
