Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he–Td on the
r19th day of March , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold and SRa-eth
The following members were a sent: Councilme— mber Neils
Councilmember Spaeth introduces: the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-154
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
LARCH LANE NORTH OF COUNTY NO. 9
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Laukka & Associates has petitioned the City
CouFLil for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of Larch Lane north of County Road No. 9 and 1308.41 feet
south of the north line of Section 14, Township 118, Range 22; and also
the east one half of Larch Lane from the north line of Section 14, Township
118, Range 22 to a point 1308.41 feet south,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be
in order
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 16, 1979
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co.yncilWmber Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
Spaeth
