Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Feld on the
19th day of March 19 79. The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-151A
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT
FOR CARLSON COMPANIES (79004)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved Resolution No. 79-151 regarding
division of platted land for Carlson Companies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following
condition to be met prior to filing said lot division with Hennepin County:
That necessary 10 feet utility and drainage easements along side
and rear lot lines shall be conveyed to the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wAs duly seconded by
