Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Keld on t e 19th
March , 19 79. The following members were present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-151
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR CARLSON COMPANIES (79004)
WHEREAS, Carlson Companies has requested a division of existing platted land within
the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the following division, and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the divisions are approved by Hennepin County:
Lot 1, Block 2 and Outlot C, all in CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; except for that portion lying
easterly of a line 60.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the westerly line of
said Outlot C, and which lies southerly of a line, hereinafter referred to as line
A, which is drawn at a right angle to the easterly line of said Lot 1 from a point
on said easterly line distant 865.14 feet southerly from the most northeasterly
corner of said Lot 1, as measured along the easterly line of said Lot 1, and
which lies northerly of a line 1005.00 feet southerly of and parallel with said
Line A. Together with and subject to easements of record.
To be divided into three new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, and that part of Outlot C, all in CARLSON COMPANIES ADDI-
TION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; lying
northerly of a line hereinafter referred to as Line A, which is drawn at a right
angle to the most easterly line of said Lot 1 from a point on said most easterly line
distant 865.14 feet southerly from the most northeasterly corner of said Lot 1, as
measured along the easterly line of said Lot 1, and which lies easterly of the follow-
ing described line; hereinafter referred to as Line B:
Beginning at the intersection of said Line A with a line 34.00 feet
westerly of and parallel with the westerly line of said Outlot C;
thence northerly along said parallel line 378.04 feet; thence northerly
60.60 feet, along a tangential curve, to the right, having a radius of
477.47 feet and a central angle of 7 degrees 16 minutes 19 seconds;
thence northerly, tangent to last described curve, 151.02 feet; thence
northeasterly 164.21 feet, along a tangential curve, to the right, having
a radius of 477.47 feet and a central angle of 19 degrees 42 minutes 20
seconds, to the northerly line of said Lot 1 and there terminating.

Parcel B
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
according to the recorded plat thereof; lying northerly of a line hereinafter referred
to as Line A, which is drawn at a right angle to the most easterly line of said Lot 1
from a point on said most easterly line distant 865.14 feet southerly from the most
northeasterly corner of said Lot 1, as measured along the easterly line of said Lot 1,
and which lies westerly cf the following described line; hereinafter referred to as
Line B:
Beginning at the intersection of said Line A with a line 34.00 feet westerly
of and parallel with the westerly line of Outlot C said CARLSON COMPANIES
ADDITION; thence northerly along said parallel line 378.04 feet; thence
northerly 60.60 feet, along a tangential curve, to the right, having a radius
of 477.47 feet and a central angle of 7 degrees 16 minutes 19 seconds; thence
northerly, tangent to last described curve, 151.02 feet; thence northeasterly
164.21 feet, along a tangential curve, to the right, having a radius of 477.47
feet and a central angle of 19 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds, to the northerly
line of said Lot 1 and there terminating. ALSO
That part of said Lot 1, lying westerly of line 60.00 feet westerly of and parallel
with the westerly line of said Outlot C, and which lies southerly of abovementioned
Line A, and which lies northerly of a line 805.00 feet southerly of and parallel
with said Line A. ALSO
That part of Peripheral Road (to be vacated) as platted in said CARLSON COMPANIES
ADDITION, lying southerly of the southwesterly extension of the northwesterly line
of said Lot 1 and which lies northerly of a line 913.93 feet southerly of and parallel
with abovementioned Line A.
Together with and subject to easements of record.
Parcel C
That part of Lot 1, Block 2 and that part of Outlot C, all in CARLSON COMPANIES ADDI-
TION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; lying
easterly of a line 60.00 feet westerly of and parallel with the westerly line of said
Outlot C, and its southerly extension and which lies southerly of a line 1005.00 feet
southerly of and parallel with a line hereinafter referred to as Line A, which is
drawn at a right angle to the most easterly line of said Lot 1 from a point on said
most easterly line distant 865.14 feet southerly from the most northeasterly corner
of said Lot 1, as measured along the easterly line of said Lot 1. ALSO
That part of said Lot 1 lying westerly of a line 60.00 feet westerly of and parallel
with the westerly line of said Outlot C, and its southerly extension and which lies
southerly of a line 805.00 feet southerly of and parallel with said Line A.
Together with and subject to easements of record.
The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wad duly seconded by
Council member Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Seibold and
Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
