RESOLUTION NO. 2009-274
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 9 AND 10 OF THE
PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
CONCERNING ANIMAL CONTROL
Notice is hereby given that Ordinance No. 2009-18, which amended Chapters 9 and 10 of
the Plymouth City Code concerning animal control, was adopted by the City Council on
November 10, 2009. The ordinance eliminates individual animal licenses and amends provisions
concerning dangerous dogs and potentially dangerous dogs.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City Administrator/Clerk's regular office hours.
APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, this
10th day of November, 2009.
Adopted by the City Council on November 10, 2009.
