HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-144CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn_ of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was net d on the 19th day of March , 19_Z2_. The following members were present: Manor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt Seibold and Spaeth The following memoers were a sent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-144 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR CEDAR RIDGE PLAT TWO FOR B -T LAND COMPANY (.4-813) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for Cedar Ridge Plat Two as requested by B -T Land Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat; 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $13,876.00 (51 units x $275 per unit = $14,025; approved density of 2.71 dwelling units per acre x $275 per unit = $745 x .20 acres dedicated trail = $149; $14,025 - $149 = $13,876.00) 3. Approval of the covenants and Homeowner's Association documents by the City Attorney. 4. The walkways at the south portion of the property be landscaped with evergreen trees 2 feet in height and 15 feet centers along the boundary lines of the walkways on both sides of the easement for purposes of screening the adjacent lots from the trail users. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cguncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the toT owing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold agJ,oaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
