Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of March , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers oyt, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-143
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CEDAR RIDGE PLAT TWO
FOR B -T LAND COMPANY (A-813)
WHEREAS, B -T Land Company has requested approval of the final plat for Cedar Ridge
Plat Two, a plat for 51 single family dwellings located at the southwest corner of
Fernbrook Lane and County Road 9 and a development contract therefor;
AND, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its approval;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of B -T Land Company
for final plat approval of Cedar Ridge Plat Two, a plat for 51 single family
dwellings located at the southwest corner of Fernbrook Lane and County Road 9.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
'Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken the eon, the
following vote to avor thereof"': Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers �loyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following vote against or abstained: NnnP
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
