Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on th
5th day of March 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, _Counci mem ers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibo
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-137
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 13, dated February 14, 1979, for the electrical
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen &
Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 13 in the amount of $14,381.00 to Weaver Electric Company, Inc.
for the City Hall Building Project No. 615.

Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
