Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
5th day of March , 19 79. The following members were
present. �1ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Ho t, Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-136
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
LOST LAKE AND OAKVIEW LANE WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 811 & 813
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated February 21, 1979, for Nodland Associates,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request for
Payment No. 4, in the amount of $38,966.27 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project
811 & 813.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
