Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetina of

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moveT its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-133
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
KINGSWOOD FARM WATERMAIN (HIGHWAY NO. 101)
PROJECT NO. 922
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted February 5, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Highway No. 101 by installation of a watermain from the Luce
Line Trail to Harmony Circle; and
WHEREAS, said report was received the by Council on March 5, 1979,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
. 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $27,545.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on April 2,
1979, in the Council Chambers in the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth
Blvd., Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and S aeth
The following vote against or abstained: one "
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
