The following_ members were present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Ho t, Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79- 132 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS HADLEY PLACE - QUEENSLAND AREA - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 921 WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 27, 1978, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the Hadley Place - Queensland Area - Utility and Street Improvements; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of bituminous surface with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on March 5, 1979; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $170,790.00. 2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on April 2, 1979, in the Council Chambers in the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo-f: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and 5 aeth The following vote against orabstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
