Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City

RESOLUTION NO. 79-131
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
RAPPAPORT ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA
PROJECT NO. 846
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 211 of the City Council. adopted April 17,
1978. and Rriolution No. 78-331 incorporating the Rappaport Addition, adopted
June 12. 1978; a report has been prepared by Bonestroo. Rosene. Anderlik X
Associates. Inc. with reference to the improvement of West Medicine Lake Road
north of 28th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, said report was received and placed on file by the City Council on
June 26, 197F,; and
WHEREAS, on December 18. 1978 the City Council ordered the improvement for the
North Central Interceptor Sewer which included the trunk sewer facilities to
serve the Rappaport Plat; and

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineer has updated the report for Project 846 to include
only those improvements within the Rappaport Plat and adjacent area as follows:
1. 30th Ave.. Larch Lane and Magnolia Lane east of West Medicine Lake
Road by the installation of Sanitary sewer. watermain, storm sewer.
7 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all
necessary appurtenances;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA:
I. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance
with the revised report and assessment of abuttinq properties for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $245,798.00.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on April 2,
1979, in the Council Chambers in the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearina and improvement as
required by law.
