ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS A40 S4`ECtitCATtaNS
PUBLIC UTILITIES BUILDING ADDITION
PROJECT NO. BOB
WHEREAS. the adopted 1979 Budget for the City of PlymFuth provided for an addition
to the Public Utilities Building, and
WHEREAS, preliminary drawings have been prepared by Bonestrov. Ro.ere. Anderlik b
Associates. Inc. with respect to the proposed addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVFU BY THE CITY CAUUCIP- OF T"F EITI Of PLw Tii.
MINNESOTA:
1) Such improvement is herob,Y ordered as proposed in pians re eive4 by the
City Council on March 5, 1979.
2) Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates. Inc. is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
3) The ply.is and specifications shall include alternate bids for deletfria the
second floor storage area above the new office addition. VId also providino
a secure area for ground floor storage if the second story addition is
deleted,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
S9stncilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon. the
