Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetine of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hem on the
5th day of March , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Ma or Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-129
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIF10TIONS FOP
MEDINA ROAD FROM NIAGARA LANE TO VICKSBURG LAME
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-40 of the City Council, adopted the fifteenth day of
January, 1979 and Resolution No. 79-85, adopted by the City Council on the fifth
day of February, 1979, fixed a date for a Public Hearing on the Mledina Road and
Vicksburg Lane improvement project by installation of sanitary sewer. watermain.

WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekFy publ#cat#on
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held on the 20th day of
February. 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard wore given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLYMOt1TP.
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolutions
adopted January 15 and February 5, 1979 excepting any improvement on
Vicksburg Lane.
2. During preparation of plans and specifications revisions as necessary
shall be made in the sanitary sewer and watermain on Medina Road to conform
with the revised final plat,
3. Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik A. Associates, Inc, is hereby designated as
engineer for the improvement and shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
