the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso a was held on the
5th day of March , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79- 128
APPROVING AMENDED GRANT APPLICATION AND REQUEST FOR 1978-79 LOCAL PLANNING
ASSISTANCE GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the amended 1978-79 Local Planning
Assistance grant application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the original Local Planning Assistance
grant application for $15,038 in 1976-77 planning assistance funds per
Resolution #77-568 on October 3, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the amended
grant application and authorizes application to the Metropolitan Council
for $10,863 in 1978-79 Local Planning Assistance grant funds.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Voted i.n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, COLocilmembers Hoyt Neils
and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
