Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
5th day of March , 19 79. The following members were
present. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Counciluvmber Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-127
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR RAPPAPORT ADDITION FOR JOHN
RAPPAPORT (A-806)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Rappaport Addition as requested by John Rappaport,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Park dedication requirements shall consist of Outlot A and Outlot B for trail
purposes, and payment of fees -in -lieu of dedication in the amount of $3,370
(13 units x $275 per unit, less .546 -acre trail x 1.37 units per acre x $275).
10 2. Final plat shall not be filed until arrangements for extension of public
sanitary sewer have been approved by th 'ity Council.
3. The City Engineer shall give consideration to the grading at 3020 Larch Lane
and its access to Larch Lane.
4. Petitioner shall provide certification that all lots satisfy ordinance minimum
requirements as to lot area and lot width.
5. Reasonable setbacks are to be provided for existing homes abutting Larch Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma or Hunt, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i:ing voted infavor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
