Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on t e
5th day of March , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Counci members o t -,-Veils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Sei6old
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved ts adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-126
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR RAPPAPORT ADDITION FOR JOHN RAPPAPORT
(A-806)
WHEREAS, John Rappaport has requested approval of the final plat for Rappaport
Addition, a plat for 13 single-family lots located east of West Medicine Lake Drive
at 30th Avenue North, and a development contract therefore, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval, and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of John Rappaport for
final plat approval of Rappaport Addition, a plat for 13 single-family lots, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Private curb cut access to County Road 154 shall be prohibited.
2. A 30 foot street and utility easement shall be provided on the east
side of Lot 7, Block 1 for construction of a partial cul-de-sac.
3. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum.
4. The natural drainage through the south portion of Lot 1, Block 2, shall
remain substantially in its present condition.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of
the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmembeSpat . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
