present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt.. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-125
AMENDING GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR KINGSWOOD FARM FOR CENTURION COMPANY
R.P.U.D. 77-3 (A-759)
WHEREAS, Centurion Company has requested amendment of the General Development
Plan for Kingswood Farm R.P.U.D. 77-3, a plat for residential single-family
development, consisting of 112 lots, located in the southeast quadrant of the
Luce Line Trail and Highway 101; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that is should and hereby does approve for an amendment to the General
Development Plan approved by Resolution 78-502 to provide for 10 -foot minimum
side yard setback and elimination of the tennis court, leaving such area in
natural state of vegetation; and
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
