Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r �meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnM of a� fi� herd on the
5th day of March , 19_2_9. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counc�imembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-123
DENYING "OVERLAND PARK" RPUD CONCEPT PLAN FOR
DAN FAZENDIN AND IDP DEVELOPMENT CO. (79002)
WHEREAS, Dan Fazendl,, and IDP Development Company have requested approval of
a concept plan for a Residential Planned Unit Development on Outlot E, Plymouth
Hills Addition, consisting of 108 quadraminimum units and 140 highrise elderly
housing units; and
WHEREAS, the proposal was considered by the Council on January 15, 1979. and
remanded to the Planning Commission for further review in the context of an
amendment to the approved Plymouth Hills General Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposal and proposed amend-
ments to the General Development Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Dan Fazendin and
IDP Development Company for a 256 unit RPUD on Outlot E. Plymouth Hills Addition
because the quadraminimum use on this site is inconsistant with the intent of
the LA -4 guiding and with the approved General Development Plan for Plymouth
Hills, as noted in Resolution No. 79-122.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
