Pursuant to dupe call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was helm t e 5th day of

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-122
APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PLYMOUTH HILLS
AAA
WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company received approval of a General Development Plan
for Plymouth Hills plat located at the northeast corner of Highway 55 and Vicks-
burg Lane under City Council resolutions 77-139, 78-530 and, with respect to
density of the residential outlots, under resolution 78-533, and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Hills Company has requested approval of certain modifications
of the General Development Plan with respect to the residential outlots, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and commented on said General
Development Plan modifications and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does approve the request of Plymouth Hills
Company for certain modifications to the General Development Plan for Plymouth
Hills Addition subject to the following:
1. Outlot G shall be guided LA -3 with an LA -2 transition adjacent to the
single-family homes to the north as originally approved.
2. Outlot E shall be guided LA -4 and shall be developed with apartments,
without regard to ownership concept, with mid -rise structures, e.g.,
4-6 stories, preferred, but not required, and elderly housing shall be
provided on approximately 5 acres in the southwest corner consistent
with the originally adopted concent plan.
3. Outlot A shall be guided LA -2 consistent with the originally adopted
concept plan.
4. Outlot C sh4ll be designated LA -4 consistent with the originally adopted
concept plan.
5. The internal access interconnecting Outlots A and C shall be deleted.
6. A street access between Outlots E and G shall be retained, the north-
easterly access from Outlot G onto County Road 9 shall be eliminated
and intersection access to County Road 9 shall be provided to the east
compatible with intersection access to the north at County Road 9.

7. The proposed road extend from the 37th Avenue cul-de-sac north-
easterly into Outlot G through Outlot H and be built by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byilmember Spaeth and upon vote being taken they the
followYng votedin favor thereof, Counci lmembers Hoyt, Neils and p'aet
The following vote against or abstained: Mayor Hunt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
