Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meetina of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1 6th day of February , ly 79. The followinq members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-121
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
1978 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated February 7, 1979, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I1 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $5,282.41 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1978 Street
Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ounncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
to lowing voted infavort�ereoT: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth_

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte .
