Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
. 26th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 120
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
PROJECT NO. 837
1978 SANITARY SEWER TV INSPECTION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as Owner and Solidification, Inc. as Contractor
have entered into an agreement for Project No. 837, 1978 television inspection
of sanitary sewers, said Agreement being dated April 12, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 and Final, dated February 9, 1979, has been
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is
recommended; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the Final Request for Payment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $3,215.52 and the value of the
work completed is $3,130.18.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Project No. 837 and
certified to the Council by the Engineer is acceptable and the same
is hereby released from the contract.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $1,883.68 to
Solidification, Inc. for Project No. 837 is hereby approved and the
City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the
same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
