Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
' 2tith day of February , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt—, -Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79 - 119
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-686
WHEREAS, after due consideration the City Council did adopt Resolution
No. 7P4,36, authorizing funds for a playfield site at Oakwood Elementary
School, a -id
WHEREAS, subsequent discussions with Tndependent School District 284, owner
of the site, have demonstrated that acquition through outright purchase is
unlikely;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does rescind Resolution
No. 78-686 appropriating $25,102 for the purchase of a playfield site at
Oakwood Elementary School.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re�alution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mavor Hunt. CouncilmembLrs Hoyt- Neils_
S ibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paased and adopted,
