Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Counc°1 of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
26th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: y Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-117
APPROVAL OF VARIANCE FOR WALLACE CATES AT SOUTHWEST OUADRANT OF CO!!NTY ROAD 47
AND VICKSBURG LANE (79008)
WHEREAS, Wallace Cates has requested approval of a variance for a single-family
dwelling on "Parcel J" of a land division of property in the southv,nt quadrant
of County Road 47 and Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Wallace Cates
for variance for property in the southwest quadrant of County Road 47 and
Vicksburg Lane to permit issuance of a building permit for a single-family
dwelling on "Parcel J," subject to the following conditions:
The minimum setback from the north and south property lines shall be
per the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember S aeth . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass!d and adopted,
