The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ers oyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 79-116 APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN OF U.S. POSTAL SERVICE (A-94) WHEREAS, U.S. Postal Service has requested approval of a landscape plan at the northeast quadrant of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of U.S. Postal Service of landscape plan at 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard, subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of Landscape Plan B with addition of 9 evergreens, 4 on the north side buffering the parking area, and 5 on the east side as per Exhibit C. 2. No break in the proposed center island of Plymouth Boulevard shall be provided. 3. The yard areas on 34th Avenue and Plymouth Blvd. frontages to be sooded to the building setback and the remaining yard areas to be seeded. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote ; n favor thereof', Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth , TFW—foMowi.ng voted against or abstained; None , Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed end adopted.
