The following_ rercers were present: Mayor Hunt, Counci memFers oyt, 571 s, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the followin4 Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-115 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 16TH AVENUE - COUNTY ROAD NO. 6 TO HIGHWAY NO. 55 PROJECT NO. 914 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-65 of the City Council, adopted the 29th day of January, 1979, fixed a date for a public hearing on the improvement of 16th Avenue - County Road No. 6 to Highway No. 55 by the installation of a 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter with all necessary drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publicatfons of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 26th day of Feburary, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resnlution adopted January 29, j979. 2. Bonestroo, Rosere, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coun�i m tuber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foT o ing vo a in favor ereoi': Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and SDaeth the toilowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a op e
