Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was held on the
. 20th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 114
APPROVAL OF TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a Target and Trap shooting Range License
application has been received from the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc. in
accordance with Chapter IX, Section 930, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Target and Trap Shooting Range
License be approved for the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane,
for a perid of one year from January 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmember Hoyt_ Neil-
and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly PA%500 And adopted.
