Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plyrouth. Minnesota was held on the
.20th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor unt, ouncr me ers o t,-7e—ils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilirember Spaeth
Councilnember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 113
REDUCING, DEVELOPMENT BOND
WILLOW GROVE ADDITION (A-323)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 29, 1977,
Willow Grove Associates, developer of Willow Grove Addition, has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has -equested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to 569,150 to reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foreaoinc Resolution was duly seconded by
'Councilmember Neilsand upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote In favor thereof:'Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Seibold .
The following voted against orsta None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
