Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of February , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Counci 1 member Spaet
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-110
ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that pursuant to statutory authority, the City Engineer for and on behalf of
the City of Plymouth is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation, needed engineering and technical services
during the year of 1979, for which payment will be made by the City upon receipt
of verified claims from the Commissioner of Transportation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Seibold
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passeU—a-nd adopted.
