Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a soec'a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eld on the
20th day of February 19 79. The following members were
present: mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth
Cou I member Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79-108
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR "MERRIMAC ADDITION" FOR GLEASON
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-265)
WHEREAS, Gleason Construction Company has requested approval of the final plat and
landscape plan for "Merrimac Addition", a plat for 10 townhouses at the east side
of Merrimac Lane north of County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gleason Construction
Company for final plat and landscape plan approval of "Merrimac Addition", a plat
for 10 townhouses.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n irayor thereof'. Ma oy r Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils
and Seibold
