Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 79- 107
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
':978 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TPEES
PLAT 44560 PARCEL 7120
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Council on Septenber 5, 1978, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the removal and
destruction of diseased trees on certain lands within the Ci°:y as provided by
law, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 19th day of March, 1979 in the Council
Chambers of the City Center Building, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., Plymouth,
Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected yy such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon with reference to such
assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice .)f ;he hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the offi.:ial n^wspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall stat? in the notice the
total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
