Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special mee"ina of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Council members Hoyt. Neils and Seibold
The following members were a sent: Councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 105
RESCINDING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION 78-627
1978 REMOVAL AND DESTRICTION OF DISEASED TREES ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 2nd day of Octobe-, 1978, adopt Resolution
No. 78-627 adopting an assessment roll for 1978 Removal and Destruction of
Diseased Trees, and
WHEREAS, an assessment was levied for said project again,:t Plat 44560, Parcel 7210
owned by Mr. Roger C. Googins, and
WHEREAS, a check of the records of said project indicates that the tree removal was
on the adjacent property
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
. MINNESOTA:
1. That that portion of Resolution No. 78-627 adopted by the City Council
on October 2, 1978 pertaining to Plat 44560 Parcel 7210 is hereby
rescinded.
2. The City Manager is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be forwarded and filed with the appropriate officers of
Hennepin County to effect a rescindment of said resoluti^n as it pertains
to said property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passes
