HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-10377 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of February , 19 79. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember S aeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79- 103 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SEVEN PONDS AREA PROJECT NO. 707 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 78-730 and 78-796 of the City Council, adopted the 6th and 27th baja of November, 1976, (ikeu a datefui a pubi is hcai-ng on the .mprb:'c- ment from the Seven Ponds area including Holly Lane, 32nd Avenue North and CSAH 24 from Dunkirk Lane to T.H. 101 by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, 7 -ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day of December, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted November 6, 1978. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for making the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
