Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers oyt, Neil, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-102
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
LARCH LANE FROM 45TH AVENUE TO S00 LINE RAILROAD
PROJECT NO. 802
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 79-12 of the City Council, adopted the 8th day of
January, 1979, fixed a date for a rubTlt Hearing on Larch. Lanc `denin.g, from
45th Avenue to Soo Line Railroad by installation of 9 ton bituminous street with
concrete curb, gutter and storm sewer, and all necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 20th day of
February, 1979, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted January 8, 1979.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted inavor thereofMayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
