Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
.12th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Ho t and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Seibold

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 -101
RENEWAL OF CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, Application for renewal of Cigarette License has been received
from Plymouth Drug in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01 of
the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application for Plymouth
Drig, 11325 Highway 55 be approved for the period of January 1, 1979
through December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
