Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
r17th day of February , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mgyor Hunt, Councilmembers Ho t and S aeth
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 100
APPROVAL OF AMUSEMENT AND THEATRE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for an Amusement and Theatre License has been received
from the Radisson Inn Plymouth in accordance with Chapter XI, Section
1100 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Amusement and Theatre License be approved
for the Radisson Inn Plymouth, 2705 Annapolis Lane for the period of
one year from January 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and
S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
