Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Ho t and S aeth
The following members were absent: Councilmembersei s'T and5eiboTd
Councilmember Spaeth _ introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-99
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 14, dated January 17, 1979, for the mechanical
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen 8
Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 14 in the amount of $900.00 to Horwitz Mechanical, Inc. for the
City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon. thefollowing Voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and
S aeth
