Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 12th day of February , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Seibold
Councilmembers Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-98
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MIDDLEMIST 5TH ADDITION
(A-735)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 22, 1978,
Robert Middlemist, developer of Middlemist 5th Addtion, has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $19,778.00 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer and watermain are accepted, as of
February 12, 1979, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by
the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly d4ssed and adopted,
