Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special_ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present:—Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt and Spaeth
The following Members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Seibold
Councilmetuber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-93
ORDERING PROJECT 911
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH PHASE IV
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted November 20, 1978, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvements in Downtown Plymouth Phase IV by the construction of
sanitary sewers, watermain, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 15, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in a Council Resolution
adopted November 20, 1978. The petitioner has waived their right to a
public improvement hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cuuncilmember S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tol lowing voted in favorthereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and
Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
