HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-092CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of February , 1979 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Spaeth The following members were a sent: Councilmembers Neils and Seibold Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following R?solution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-92 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PERIPHERAL ROAD FROM 13TH AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD 15 WHEREAS, pusuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Carlson Properties has petil:ioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street: Peripheral Road from the south line of 13th Avenue to the north line of County Road No. 15. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in order NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 19, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Center Building, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowing voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and ine Toiiowing voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly a
