Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecila meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Hoyt and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Seibold
Ma or Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79-91
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR -EXISTING
PLATTED LOTS FOR JOHN BATSON (79010)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for existing platted lots
for John Batson, Resolution #79- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum, including provision for necessary
easements and rights-of-way.
2. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in the amount of $275.
3. Lot division be filed within six months from this date or the transaction
shall be come null and void.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilm , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
