Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the' City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on t e
12th day of February , 19 79 . The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt, Councimem ers oyt ana Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Selbo

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79- 90
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR
JOHN BATSON (79010)
WHEREAS, John Batson has requested a division of existing platted parcels within
the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin ounty:
Plat Parcel Lot Addition
44660 9500 16 Wayzata Farmsteads
(PIN: 31-118-22 42 0011)
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The south 125.70 feet of Lot 16, "WAYZATA FARMSTEADS," according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to and parallel with
the south line of said Lot 16.
Parcel B
Lot 16, "WAYZATA FARMSTEADS." accoraing to the recorded plat t0—fat
Hennepin County,
Minnesota, EXCEPT the south 125.70 feet of said Lot 16, as mea right angles
to and parallel with the south line of said Lot 16.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re,olution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and addpted.
