Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 12th day of

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #79-88
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR
GEORGE A. JACKSON ASSOCIATES, INC. (79007)'
WHEREAS, George A. Jackson Associates, Inc., Suite 1760 Shelard Tower, has requested
a lot division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin Count;,:
Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part of said Lot 4 lying south-
easterly of a line 104.65 feet northwesterly of, measured at a right angle to and
parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 4 and its extensions and except the
following described property:
That part of Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 00, 44' 45" West along the West line of said Lot 6 a distance
of 174.00 feet; thence South 890, 151, 15" East a distance of 219.00 feet;
thence South 00, 44', 45" West a distance of 160.00 feet; thence South 890, 15',
15" East a distance of 225.00 feet; thence North 450, 44', 45" East a distance
of 157.50 feet to the Southwesterly line of Harbor Lane as platted in said Fox
Meadows First Addition; thence Northerly along the Southwesterly line of said
Harbor Lane to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thencewesterly along the
North line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning.
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing
at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees
44 minutes 45 seconds West along the West line of said Lot 6 a distance of 174.00
feet to the point of beginning of tract to be described; thence South 89 degrees
15 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 219.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 44 minutes
45 seconds West a distance of 160.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds
East a distance of 225.00 feet; thence South 0 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds West a

distance of 21.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds West a distance
of 444.00 feet to the west line of said Lot 5 distant 335 feet south of the Northwest
corner of said Lot 6; thence North 0 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds East a distance
of 181.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel B
That part of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Fox Meadows First Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part of said Lot 4
lying southeasterly of a line 104.65 feet northwesterly of, measured at a right angle
to and parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 4 and its extensions. And
except that part of said Lot 5 lying northerly and northwesterly of the following
described line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Fox Meadows First
Addition; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 44 minutes 45
seconds West along the west line of Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 355.00
feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes
15 seconds East a distance of 444.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 44 minutes
45 seconds East a distance of 21.00 feet; thence North 45 degrees 44 minutes
45 seconds East a distance of 157.50 feet to the southwesterly line of said
Harbor Lane as platted in said Fox Meadows First Addition and said line there
terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor hereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and
ine xouowxng voted against or abstained: Nqpp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
