Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �� meeting tf
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of February , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Neils and Seihold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #79- 87
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR ALICE HELLER
(A-840)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Alice Heller Resolution #79- ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. A drainage easement shall be granted on that portion of the lot below elevation
890.2 feet.
2. Provision for a 7 foot street and utility easement along Evergreen Lane resulting
in a total street right-of-way width of 50 feet.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu dedication in the amount of $275.
4. Any additional utility services shall be provided at the owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof-, Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt
and S aeth
