Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, , ecec_ial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he on t e 12th day of
Februar , 19 79 . The following members were present:
ayor Hunt, ounce members Hoyt and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Louncilrrembers Neils and Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR
ALICE HELLER (A-840)
WHEREAS, Alice Heller, 28308 Evergreen Lane North, has requested a division of
an existing platted parcel within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.

Tract J, except the west 84 feet thereof, Registered Land Survey No. 237,
Files of Registrar of Title, County of Hennepin.
Tract I, except the west 140 feet thereof, Registered Land Survey No. 237,
Files of Registrar of Title, County of Hennepin.
That part of Tract H, lying easterly of a line parallel with and 100 feet
easterly from the west line of said Tract H, except that part lying east of
the westerly line of Tract L, Registered Land Survey No. 237, extended
northerly to the shore of Medicine Lake.
To be divided into two parcels as follows:
Parcel A
The east 131.50 feet of the west 231.50 feet of Tract H, Registered Land Survey
No. 237, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin.
The east 91.50 feet of the west 231.50 feet of Tract I, Registered Land Survey
No. 237, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin.
The east 147.50 feet of the west 231.50 feet of Tract J. Registered Land Survey
No. 237, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, subject to a permanent
easement for street and utility purposes as per Document No. 1093916.

Parcel B
That part of Tract H lying east of the west 231.50 feet of said Tract H, except
that part lying east of the westerly line of Tract L, Registered Land Survey No.
237, extended northerly to the shore of Medicine Lake, Registered Land Survey No.
237, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, subject to a permanent
easement for street and utility purposes as per Document No. 1093916.
Tract I, except the west 231.50 feet, Registered Land Survey No. 237, Files of
Registrar of Titles. County of Hennepin, subject to a permanent easement for
street and utility purposes as per Document No. 1093916.
Tract J, except the west 231.50 feet, Registered Land Survey No. 237, Files of
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, subject to a permanent easement for
street and utility purposes as per Document No. 1093916.
FURTHER, said approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. No construction, fill, or disturbance of the area below elevation 890.2 feet.
2. Minimum floor elevations of any dwelling constructed on either parcel is
established at 892.2 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember HpIt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
