Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of February , 1979 . The following members were
10 present: Councilmembers-Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: Mayor Hunt
fn��ni ,ils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-85
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-40
MEDINA ROAD FROM NIAGARA TO VICKSBURG LANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the engineering report for the improvement of Medina Road from Niagara
to Vicksburg Lane also included the improvement of Vicksburg Lane from Highway
55 south to the Minneapolis Workhouse property, and
WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing has been set for the work included in the
report excepting any improvement on Vicksburg Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Special Assessment Committee of the City Council has recommended
that the improvement on Vicksburg Lane be included as part of the Improvement
Public Hearing
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the improvement of Vicksburg Lane be included in the Public
Improvement Hearing which was ordered by Resolution No. 79-40.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cppncjlmemb aeth_ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foTTowIng voted in favor there -o - Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold
ine o owing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
