Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaula��.___� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of _ February , 19_. The following members were
present: Councilmem ers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-84
APPOINTING ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth participates in the Bassett Creek Flood Control
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement provides for the City to appoint an alternate
representative to the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Fred G. Moore is hereby appointed as Plymouth's alternate
representative to the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission for a term
expiring January 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
