Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of Februar 19 79. The following members sere

Councilmember Neils introduced the following ResoluLion and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-82
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 506 - HIGHWAY 101 AND COUNTY 6 IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the Highway 101 improvement project:
1) Install split rail tence,
2) Place wood chips behind stone retaining wall,
and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. I for Project 506 is recommended for approval
10NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 506 adding $1,045.43 to the contract
is approved and the original contract price of $1,458,103.00 is revised to
$1,459,748.43.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council member S aethand upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth
